It is not the size of the dog in the fight

It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog.

If India does not back out (which it will) we should make sure we get Kashmir this time , I know a lot of stats suggest that we do not match with India in weapons department but when have the Muslims ever against there enemies.

It has always been our belief and promise of Allah when we steadfast, which has won us those wars and will win wars for us in future.

Some points that go in our favor which should be considered by Military Strategists are :
1. Indian army is divided as well as there nation.
2. Kashmir moment should be weaponized further just like Mukti Bani was by India in 1971.
3. Efforts should be done to strengthen & weaponize Khalistan moment along with Kashmir moment.

Sounds aggressive and jingoist but that's exactly what India has been doing in Baluchistan and FATA. Many will not approve of this strategy claiming that it will put Pakistan in economic crises and will take decades to recover, well in the history of nations decades are just a blink of an eye.

India's Chanakya Mindset

India wants to be a regional power and want to subdue every other country in the region, there strategy does not believe in dual cooperation and prosperity. They are fighting with us at economic front not just to improve there economy but to make sure we default in our efforts.

There media and country do everything in power to neutralize productive efforts at our end, you will not see our media crying about India's prosperity and growth but you will continue to see them targeting CPEC and any other strategic economic move we make.

As long as the Chanakya doctrine lives deep with in them there will be no peace.

India must stop its policy to weaken its neighbors and instead just focus on strengthening itself .

The battle of the mindsets

When we state that the world is on there side, we are wrong because every country is just protecting there own interests mostly economical when it comes to India. The world is still on our side because we are grieved, however they will not speak up unless we have economic stability to balance out Indian  markets.

It is therefore important to understand that in any future conflict the world will actually not take sides rather they are more likely to remain neutral in general.

However the Islamic countries will have no option but to support the Kashmir cause and Pakistan, after all they can not trust India and if it boils down to choosing between two there is only one possible outcome.

India however considers this as a win because they build a perception among there people that the world now blames Pakistan for terrorism. That is not true as the world is watching they are just not speaking up like before, however if things move to an all out war, they are not in a position to support India and it stands isolated.

We undermine ourselves

We are always undermining ourselves and that ends up with us underselling ourselves.

Yes we may be smaller than India but we are 2.65% of worlds population and ranked 6th in the world in terms of population. We have a strategic location which holds great importance in the region and upcoming China's one belt one road initiative . In any future global conflict, China is totally relying upon routes from Pakistan to keep it supplied.

Similarly US needs to keep its ingress inside Pakistan to ensure we do not fall completely into China's block.

We on the other hand should do what is suitable for us and maintain a peaceful strategic balance with both super powers in our country to make sure we get the best out of the deals we make with them. So far I believe we have failed miserably in this department.

The illusion of power

The Indian media and the Government has been creating an illusion of power yet they forget to tell you that GDP of both countries is quite evenly matched since 1947. Both countries are poor and only since 2007 the Indian GDP per capital increased from Pakistan. Presently the Indian GDP per capita stands at USD 1900 where as Pakistan's GDP per capita is near USD 1600.

There is a huge difference in the over all GDP but that is kind of proportionate to the population as well which is 6 to 7 times more than Pakistan. So it is safe to assume that the quality of life for an average person in Pakistan and India is roughly the same.

Although there is no denying that India just because of its mere size of economy and population can maintain a bigger army and a bigger arsenal of weapons but qualitatively it is matched by Pakistan in every field and at the end of the day it will all boil down to the men behind the gun and not the gun itself.

The best form of defense is offence

Indians want to use numbers in there favor just like hyenas hunt in Packs. But they forget that the larger number means more targets and causalities in any conflict nuclear or non nuclear. In simple terms the more you have the higher the risk.

While in any conflict we will risk lives of 200 Million India will risk lives of 1.3 Billion people. A tactical nuclear war will devastate its 2.5 trillion GDP and can wipe out its entire 1.4 Million military. Targeted missile and air strikes will destroy its 100s of strategic assets all across India and will push India back in stone age. At the end of the day with both countries in ashes India would have lost 6 to 7 times more than Pakistan ever could.

It is therefore important to make them realize the facts and not the ones there media is lying about. It is important to show them an aggressive stance rather than a defensive one or else they will always consider it a weakness and will act as bullies.

This is also proved by the incidents after Palwama when they immediately acquired defensive posture when Pakistan went into offensive mode.

Only if India understood

If India only understood how letting go of Kashmir can turn this region into a global power hub and India can become a real global power rather than just a regional wanna be. Only if they understand that it is time for Asia to settle there differences because no one country can grow in isolation and it is always the regional alliances which will prosper at the end of the day.  It is time for Russia, China, India and Pakistan to lead Asia and become global leaders of future.

In the end I wish and hope that sanity prevails and India acts more responsibly and its leaders start thinking globally and not regionally.  As Pakistanis our hearts and arms are open to embrace you as brothers once for all and forget the past 70 years to start a brighter new future.

But if you don't and you continue to remain hostile towards Pakistan than you give us no choice but a future which consists of Mutually assured destruction.

Rizwi's Jihad and the Governments Failure

Rizwi's Jihad and the Governments Failure

I am not going into the long discussion about the Blasphemy laws and the legitimacy of  case against Aasia bibi. The scope of this article is only limited to the incompetency of the PTI government to handle the entire issue thus giving a chance to some opportunists to create chaos and violence in the country.

I am a supporter of change and I did vote for it but at the same time I am not a blind follower. This is exactly what makes us different from supporters of other political parties. PTI supporters do not hesitate to analyze and criticize the decisions of there own leaders and this is the change we have been looking for.

Now coming back to the point, I will just hope that this article reaches the policy makers and some people on the helm of affairs and help to bring them back in senses.

This is not a mistake, this is a blunder

Pakistan is undergoing serious economical crises at this moment and we have achieved peace after years of terrorism. However it seems like we have learned nothing from our previous mistakes and are once again ready to take the risk to produce another Mollana Fazal Ullah or Abdul Rashid Ghazi.

The entire chaos created by one man Allama Khadim Rizwi can only be attributed to the Governments incompetency in my opinion.

PTI is deprived of sensible and critical thinkers

PTI is making same blunders as the PML (N) and rightly so because Imran Khan has deprived himself of sensible people with critical thinking. He is now surrounded by electables who have successfully got rid of any one who can help the premiere to make rightful choices.

In my humble opinion PTI has not been able to strike a balance and develop a think tank of advisors who could help in policy making, instead the inner circle now is full of people with vested interests including businessmen and electables.

Aasia Bibi case should have been postponed

Hardly two months since Imran Khan took over the office and the Government has encountered its first big scandal. Something which could have been clearly avoided at this point in time by requesting the supreme court to post pone its judgment for a couple of months or years so that the Government could have had time to settle down and strengthen the economy and institutions.

This is too early and too dangerous for the Government to get involved in issues such as this.

Aasia Bibi should not have been acquitted

Some times hard decisions have to be made and the second option with the Government could be to  request the supreme court to award her a life time sentence instead of death penalty for the larger interest of the nation.

Destroying the peace of the entire nation is completely unnecessary and It is unfortunate for Aasia that her case has been highlighted by the murder of Salman Taseer and Shahbaz Bhatti and has always been a very sensitive matter.

Address by the Prime Minister

Lastly even after all the blunders the Government had one more chance to play smart after the Rizwi Jihadis declared the judges liable to death and inciting treason in the army.

It would have been better if the premiere would have announced that the Government will respond to the sentiments of the people and appeal against the judgment of supreme court by a larger bench. In addition the Government will also lodge an FIR of treason and take strict legal action against the behavior of the people who declared the supreme court judges liable to be killed and for inciting treason in the army.

This would have not only isolated the Rizwi group from other Islamic groups supporting Aasia's death penalty but would have also substantially weekend his following amongst his own people.

It will take time

Imran Khan needs to understand that the madrasah culture in Pakistan is deep rooted and it will take time to get rid of this fanatic mindset. It is also important for the Government to realize that there are many ways to do it besides clashes and violence.

I strongly believe that it is still wiser for the Government to back track and learn from the past experience of Lal Masjid. There is a whole lot of illiterate and under privileged fanatics roaming free in Pakistan and Government should take actions to enlighten and preach the real teachings of Islam through media, schools and resources it has in hand.

Politics is all about making compromises and waiting for the right moment as it will not only take time but also effort and money to educate a whole new generation of Pakistan.

Vital Flaw In The Imran Khan Campaign Of Change

I am a fan of Mr, Imran Khan for one reason alone that he is the only person fighting against all odds for a better and prosperous, corruption free Pakistan. His opponents were left in shock and awe on his swift rise to popularity as a political figure after 2008. later on PTI emerged as the most popular party among the more politically aware class of Pakistan in almost every province yet it could win a handful of seats in National assembly and was able to only formulate government in KPK province through an alliance with JI. Most of his opponents were crumbling before the elections of 2013 and they feared humiliating defeats and a much closer match between PTI and PML( N) in Punjab but PTI could not cash in the momentum and the Tsaunami subsided without doing any major damage to its opponents.

In years to come the opponents started realizing that they over estimated PTI strength and the street power they have merely makes up to 15% of voting population. While PTI and Imran Khan have been able to mobilize the educated youth and for the first time brought them directly to influence the political results in our country, they have failed to capitulate on the remaining 85% of the voting population.

I will not play a blame game as who may be responsible for this within PTI but focusing on the 15% and forgetting about the 85% will eventually not end well for PTI in the coming elections of 2018 as well. While the PTI leadership may well be capable enough to run a government as it consists of many experienced economists, financial advisers and intellectuals from all field of life, it lacks that one intellectual who speaks out for the poor of this country.

In order to get vote from the remaining 85% of the population you do not need some one like Umar Asad but you need some one like Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto who can offer them what they need in the language they understand and that language for poor is Roti, Kupra aur Makan. That is all the poor in our country needs and asks before he casts his vote and his vote is equal to any one of the intellectuals and therefore makes him as important a voter as Asad Umer is.

This one Vital Flaw in the entire political strategy of PTI has left it in the middle and it may never emerge as the one big party of Pakistan until it over comes this. It is high time that PTI understands that it can never win an over whelming majority with the voters it has as we are a nation which consists of 29.5% of population living below poverty line, corruption is probably not there main concern right now when they are struggling to live. I do understand what PTI suggests will eventually uplift the condition of the poor of our country but the dilemma is that in a nation where an average IQ is only 85, the complicated economic calculations provided by the PTI intellectuals do not make sense to the majority

US elections which saw trump take the lead are an example how masses can be moved to vote without trying to enlighten there intellect with the complexities of  economy and corruption. Point is tell them what they need to know and what they can understand.

PTI and Imran Khan needs to sit down and reevaluate how a poor and average Pakistani thinks and answer him in a way that he stands up for PTI now because if they do than they will be unstoppable. The voices need to come from the top and should be discussed in every gathering of PTI, every interview of its political leaders aired on TV channels and every talk show where they participate. The six point agenda of PTI from here on should look more like this:

  1. We will strongly uphold the Islamic Laws and culture in Pakistan.
  2. Every poor person will be given a shelter to live under and a system to provide him food and clothing.
  3. Free quality health and education for the poor.
  4. Police will not be used against poor.
  5. Reforming of villages and sanitation system all across Pakistan and providing them with basic necessities of life including clean drinking water and agricultural assistance.
  6. Lowering taxes on the poor and eliminating taxes on the food items, oil , sugar etc

The main focus of PTI should now be to mobilize the poor as they mobilized the youth and it will become a political force which can single handedly defeat the right and the left wing parties. The people need to know what they will get out of it directly if they vote PTI. So yeah just build the wall instead of saying that you will work on the economic revitalizing of Pakistan so that you can raise enough money to finally be able to build a wall. The later seems a mere possibility and not strong enough to make people change loyalty and vote for whereas the former seems a resolution and some thing which will happen for real and against all odds its worth a try to vote for.

I am a believer that an idea can bring about a revolution, if you are a PTI supporter and you have understood what i tried to suggest here, let us raise these questions on the top of our voices till they are heard and the change begins.

Electables will not win you an election but the ones who elect them will.

One, Two, Three | Cyrel Almeida's countdown to Doomsday

The first article i ever read and came to know about Mr Cyrel Almeida was the controversial security leak. I have to admit i do not read many articles and the reason is the peanut size intellect people like Almeida hold and thus there is not much to learn or educate myself from them. Before i continue further with this article i will want you to read this quote from the famous leaked protocols of Zion and how they intend to manipulate general opinion.

"All our newspapers will be of all possible complexions— aristocratic, republican, revolutionary, even anarchical—for so long, of course, as the constitution exists .... Like the Indian idol "Vishnu" they will have a hundred hands, and every one of them will have a finger on any one of the public opinions as required. When a pulse quickens these hands will lead opinion in the direction of our aims, for an excited patient loses all power of judgment and easily yields to suggestion. Those fools who will think they are repeating the opinion of a newspaper of their own camp will be repeating our opinion or any opinion that seems desirable for us. In the vain belief that they are following the organ of their party they will, in fact, follow the flag which we hang out for them."

Influencing the opinion of masses is one of the common strategy used in psychological warfare used by master mentalists using modern NLP ( Neuro linguistic programming ). The people who understand these sciences know that dangerous is the PATRIOT, who follows the path of the traitor with the conviction of patriotism.

While many of our beloved patriots including Cyrel Almeida believe that the only way moving forward is friendship and bowing down to the demands of India and the kind European colonies. They tend to miss out the bigger picture brewing in the background and forget that whatever happens in front of you is just a distraction to keep you preoccupied.  I think some one needs to remind him that in just last 100 years, we have seen Europe ripping apart the Gulf by destroying the Turk Sultanate after the first world war and only since 1991 more than 3 Million Muslims have been killed by the direct and indirect interference of the European colonies. Presently they are on a path to further subdivide the Muslim countries to facilitate in the achievement of there greater goal.

Lets take a look a look at the greater picture to understand whats happening in the background.

In the past few hundred years the Eurpeons have controlled the world, they have expanded and reached further corners of the world in an imperialistic design, America, Canada, Australia , New Zealand. South Africa , Brazil , Zimbabwe all have been subject to imperialistic colonization. The torch bearers of human rights and peace in the world have committed some heinous mass killings and subduing of complete cultures such as the Red Indians in America and Aborigines in Australia. Mass lands were invaded and occupied followed by migration and than inter trade. The basic concept of imperialism revolves around occupying new lands, trading resources, using them to build more military might and moving on to occupy more land.

If you think that imperialism has come to an end in the 21st century, you are wrong, every mineral rich country in Africa or Asia is subject to obey the European masters and must hand over the keys of there resources or else they will end up like Saddam Hussain and Qazafi . Setting up these examples is an important part of the strategy to subdue the other states who thought it may not be possible any more to protect imperialistic designs after globalization.

Coming to the real point, the world is actually at war , Europe and its colonies struggling for more power and they will stop at nothing to achieve that and unfortunately Muslims are in the center of this entire power struggle for resources. Chaos rages and out of this chaos rises organizations like ISIS , Al Nusra front and Taliban to fight the proxy war for the hidden hands who are not strong enough to openly appose the invading forces, Yet they understand the importance of keeping the imperial army engaged so to gain more and more time before they actually become the target.

A long term strategy to deny the benefit of the newly found resources to boost more military might is actually at work here as the cost of defending the new resource becomes more than the resource itself , it will bleed the economy of the invading countries.

In all this chaos, confusion and proxy wars, Pakistan is re-aligning itself with China and Russia. We need to understand our situation, we are a small country with a huge army on a small payroll. Our army is 1/2 but our military spending is 1/5th of India and the gap is increasing every year. Stuck in the middle of Russia and India on the other side during the 80's we had no other option but to raise our own proxies to fight the threats we may face,

"Professionals are predictable, it's the amateurs that are dangerous"

These proxies pose the real threat to our enemies, while they can over whelm our military force but it is our proxies that have the capability of raising Millions of fighters to protect our mother land from an invasion. The infrastructure which has been developed in the past 4 decades is strong to its core and not only balances the equation but actually shifts it in our favor. In case of a nuclear war between India and Pakistan, if both armies perish at the hands of tactical weapons, it is our amateurs who will take the upper hand and the Indians know it. While we do not face threat from Russia any more we need to keep some proxies alive to counter the Pro-Indian, Afghan regime in Kabul at-least till Talibans are back as a major stake holder in the Afghan Government.

This is known to our enemies and this is where they exactly want to hit us hard. How they wanna do it? i think you know by now, they use influencers , people like Cyrel Almedia who are patriots but are subject to false propaganda and media influence which makes them believe in what our enemies want them to believe and they tow their line with a false conviction of righteousness. Truth of the matter is that TTP and BLA are actually Indian proxies which are carrying out terrorist attacks with in Pakistan.

While in the bigger picture, development of CPEC, the presence of China in the Arabian sea at Gwadar and Russia protecting its interests in Syria, the chess pieces are being set and the muscles are being flexed. We are but a pawn in this dangerous game of power and resources and some times even the queen can be sacrificed to gain a victory. So we can not depend on others to protect us and at all times we must keep enough attrition of value for the West , Indians and even the Chinese to keep our boat afloat.

Mr Almeida, you may not know it but these proxies are your strategic depth and your last line of defense. In the aftermath of the west's war on terrorism a huge propaganda machine has been at work to malign every one with a beard and a wish to fight for the rights of Muslims with just one goal to weaken our position further. At a strategic level we are defenseless against the crusades without these small Salahudin's  and our enemies know it. One, two, three you so want to happen is a count down to Pakistan's doomsday & destruction. If the Government and the Army submits to the psychological pressure being set up by the hidden forces, we will surely be on a suicidal path.

The Invisible War

We are living in a world where things are not as they seem to be, we have been made to believe and accept things out of the ordinary. The fundamentals of the system we are taught to accept is flawed since its inception and it is all being designed by a master architect. While we are too busy fighting, hating and killing each other, celebrating victories or planning to avenge, there is a much bigger war going on behind the scenes which no one out of us is even aware of. Behind this curtain lies the invisible war, the war of deception, intellect and mass hypnosis.

Pakistan Real Estate Taxes

Ever since the new real estate taxes in Pakistan, a lot of people are misinterpreting them specially CGT(Capital Gains Tax) and Advance Tax.  There are a lot of confusions and different interpretations even among the Tax lawyers. In this article we will try to bring more clarity about the real estate taxes.

Categories Of Real Estate Taxes

Basically there are three different broad categories of Pakistan real estate taxes.
  1. Advance income Tax collected by Federal Government.
  2. Property Tax collected by Provincial Government.
  3. Capital Gains Tax.
Now we will discuss these three broad categories in detail and the taxes included in them one by one.

Advance Income Tax Collected By Federal Government

Normally called as advance income tax or withholding tax. This tax is collected before the transfer of the property and is adjustable in the income tax  returns you submit annually. It is important to understand that this is not a direct tax on property but a tax on your income.

Which Property Rate To Use

For the purpose of Advance Withholding Tax, FBR (Federal Board Of Revenue) Values of properties are used for calculation.

Who Pays It

It is payable by both seller and purchaser if the FBR Value of the property is more than 4 Million PKR as per following rate :
  1. Purchaser : Filer pays 2% and Non Filer pays 4% as per FBR Value.
  2. Seller : Filer pays 1% and Non Filer pays 2% as per FBR Value if the property is sold within 3 years of its purchase.

Exemptions

1. No Advance withholding Tax is collected if the FBR Value of the property is less or equal to 4 Million.
2. Dependents of Shaheeds do not pay any Advance Withholding Tax regardless of the FBR Value of the Property.

Important Notes

1. The tax you submit as Advance Tax is adjustable  against  your income tax returns.
2. If you do not have any income source in Pakistan and you are a non-resident . You can demand a refund of this amount in your annual tax returns.
3. The Advance Withholding Tax is adjustable against Capital Gains Tax in income tax returns.
4. FBR Values shall apply on the areas which are notified in such notifications. The area which are not yet notified shall be subjected to DC Rates or any other authority authorized for stamp duty.

Property Tax Collected By Provincial Government

These are the taxes collected by the Provincial Government and are the only direct taxes on your property. It includes two taxes as under:
  1. Capital Value Tax (CVT)
  2. Stamp duty

Which Property Rate To Use

For the purpose of CVT and Stamp duty, DC Values of properties are used for calculation.

Who Pays It

It is payable by the purchaser regardless of the DC Rates as under:
  1. CVT at 3% of DC Rates.
  2. Stamp Duty at 2 % of DC Rates.

Exemptions

No one is exempted from CVT and Stamp duty on purchase of real estate as per Pakistan Real Estate Taxes law.

Important Notes

1. They are paid as per DC rates and not FBR Value of your property. There is a lot of confusion and some real estate agents are charging it at FBR Values which is completely wrong.
2. These are direct taxes on your property and are not adjusted or refunded in annual tax returns.

Capital Gains Tax

CGT is payable to the Federal Government as per the new policy of Pakistan Real Estate Taxes. Capital gains tax on property (CGT) is applicable  on the difference between your buying price and your selling price.

Who Pays It

It is payable by seller as per following rate :
  1. 10% of profit you have made if you sell it in first year of your purchase.
  2. 7.5% of  profit you have made if you sell it in second year of your purchase.
  3. 5% of  profit you have made if you sell it in third year of your purchase.
  4. 0% of  profit you have made if you sell it in fourth year of your purchase.
  5. 5% flat rate on profit for all properties purchased before 1st July 2016 if they sold within 3 years of their purchase.
  6. For army officers and government welfare plots it is 50% of the normal percentage. 5% in first year , 3.7% in the 2nd year and 2.5% in the 3rd year.

Exemptions

1. CGT is not levied on any property if sold after 3 years of its purchase.
2. Dependents of Shaheeds do not pay any CGT .

Important Notes

1. Advance Tax submitted by the seller at the time of transfer of the Property is adjusted against CGT in income tax returns.
2. The registration authorities are not authorized to collect such Capital Gain Tax on immovable property. The registration authorities are to collect advance tax under Section 236C from seller of the property and advance tax under section 236K from buyer of the property. Hence capital gain tax on the sale of immovable property is to be paid by the taxpayer himself while filing the income tax return. For example, if any sale of immovable property is made in the financial year from July 2016 to June 2017, the taxpayer while filing the income tax return for the tax year 2017 shall pay the capital gain tax after adjusting the advance tax paid under section 236C.

If you have any more questions please feel free to ask us at our website imlaak.com Discussion Forum.

Earning Our Military Pride

A few days back on September 11, 2016 a scuffle between Army Officers and Motorway Police Constables came into highlight in media. I am not going to go into details of it, however if you are interested , you can read some biased journalism about the incident here. The reaction from Anti Army elements came in strong and the incident was blown out of proportion. I am just going to address the real issues here which are not been addressed anywhere in the media. The so called pseudo-intellectuals are just busy spicing things up for there rankings without considering how deep it can hurt our society. Creating Civil Military divide is one of the basic strategy of psyops in new wars .

It is now imperative that we understand the complete spectrum of this threat and launch a counter narrative to help our brothers who are being mis-guided by this false flag propaganda. Threats of this kind have a deep impact on our society and they intend to achieve following :

1. Creating a deep Civil-Military divide by creating an opinion against the Armed forces.
2. Hitting on a soldiers pride and thus demoralizing Armed forces.
3. Making both the Public and the Military believe that they are different cultures and society and therefore its not worth supporting or fighting for each other.

Some of our brothers have fallen into negative propaganda campaigns and it is important to tell them following:

Soldiers Belong To Civilian Families

One of the usual rhetoric used by the advocates of Anti Army is dividing our Nation as Civilians and Military. They forget to mention though that every soldier of Pakistan Army comes from a Civilian background. The families of soldiers of Pakistan Army serve this Nation in every sector including Police itself. This grave misconception and illusion which is created by these elements is one of the biggest threat to the Unity of our Nation in present times. It is also important to mention that every soldier has spent at-least 18 years as a civilian till his recruitment usually between 18 to 20 years of age and most of them end up being part of the civil society again by the age of 45 after retirement.

Soldiers Are Supposed To Be Aggressive

At 18 years of tender age we put weapons in hand of young people and train them to give and take life for the protection of there families, friends and country, which consists of mostly civilians. Aggression and pride are taught to them so they can stand up and fight with their lives against the enemy. We train them to kill and teach them to stand up against injustice and criminals while most of the other young men of their age are still trying to complete education. It is just unrealistic to not expect a strong reaction from them when disrespected or if their pride and ego are put under threat by any one.

Corrupt Civilian Infrastructure

When a soldier joins Military, his family continues to live under civil infrastructure and therefore he remains part of both these segments of the society.  It is unfortunate that our civil infrastructure is weak and unjust in its dealings and usually every soldier ends up facing issues in civil matters relating to there families. Our civil set up has grown corrupt and numb showing no regard for the issues faced by the families of soldiers, who are away fighting to protect this country. Irritated and helpless these young soldiers ultimately turn to violence and why such incidents are bound to happen again and again unless some solid action is taken by the Government and Pakistan Army to protect them from these social injustices.

In Pakistan many a times we see various segments of the society pitched against each other. We have seen lawyers beat Police , politicians do the same , However as soon as it comes to army an unfortunate incident by some young officers in early twenties is blown out of proportions to undermine the popularity of Pakistan Army among people. Here are a couple of reminders:

Former chairman Senate Nayyar Bokhari’s son, Jarar Bokhari, slapped the special branch constable, revealed CCTV footage of the incident.

PML N MPA Shoaib Idrees beating Police

Now do not get me wrong i am not saying that this is right , but just that this happens in societies where civil bureaucracy and infrastructures are corrupt and justice does not prevail. Now in relation to this particular incident how many of you really believe that the Army officers came out of their car with guns blazing without any incitement by the motorway Police? Why can't Motorway police be respectful and lodge a complain through proper channel to Army authorities instead of trying to manhandle young Army officers?

Some people just can't get over the political affiliations of Pakistan Army in the past, regardless of the reality that for almost the last decade Pakistan Army has remained neutral and just done its duty in a professional way. It is time to get over with the old grudges and learn how a civil society respects its veterans and as we get most of our inspirations from west here is a little video for you all .

Airport Crowd Applaud Soldiers Coming Home

In the end i will request the Military leadership to not fall into the hands of this propaganda. The propaganda campaign is being led by Corrupt political elements and bureaucrats who are threatened by the Love and support to Pakistan Army by the people of Pakistan.

Pakistan Army must take care of its soldiers and strive to maintain their dignity , these young men are dying every day to save this country and they need encouragement not punishment. Bureaucracy, Police and other elements of Government must be advised to show respect to Military personal as they do to the officers of the same rank in Civil and Police.
